1. M.S.R.P.: this simple means the manufactures suggested retail price. Sometimes referred as the Marony
sticker, or even just the window sticker.
2.The A.C.V.: This the actual cash value for your trade. It could also mean what the dealer payed for a car
as well.
3. AN UP: Well thats you, salespeople refer to customers as ups.
4. Upside down: This is when you owe more on your trade than what it is worth. Also referred as negative equity.
5. Phone Pop: When a potential customer phones into the dealership for info or pricing on a vehicle.
6. Gap Insurance: A product offered by most lenders to help you protect yourself against negative equity
